Borrowed Time !

I’m living, on borrowed time,
right now I am in my prime
don’t know how many more days
till this old body slips away.

God’s given me another year,
I had better get into gear
got myself some work to do
before my time here is through.

I’m going to need God’s strength,
to go run the final length
got to get my act together
so these last years I can weather.

My times are in Gods’ hands,
don’t know what are His exit plans
but I need to use my days wisely
can’t take even one second lightly.

We’re all living on borrowed time,
even if you’re not in your prime
we must sacrifice worldly things . . .
if we want what eternal life brings!
